I have a problem with my product, can you help me?
We always try to emphasise that as the products are handmade, each will vary slighty with different markings and imperfections. These give to the unique personality of each product and is one of the great things about handmade products. If you are unhappy with the product or for some reason would like to return it, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss and refund the item(s) within 30 days pf the purchase, minus the post and packaging. I hope you think that's fair! :)
What are the payment options?
You can pay via paypal or the stripe debit/credit card system which is supported by Wix
Are all products handmade?
Yes, all our products are handmade.
Currently, a majority of the products come from a number of artisan friends in Medellin, Colombia. We hope to expand this to other parts of Colombia, which is brimming with talent.
I also sell my own products, specifically dream catchers and macramé jewellery. Check out our Etsy page to see more of the one-off designs.
We also bring over some products from Asia, such as our our new up-cycled fair trade section. Check it out.
I like one of your products, but in a different, what should I do?
